Bennett Street was a 4 bed HMO design scheme, for Comfort Lettings, created by Emma and Co and which Plot Design designed the layout for. Together, as Create Thirty Eight, we staged the finished result for photography to market the property. This had maximum occupancy within days of it being marketed.
