Claire from Plot design helped us with our latest project where we converted an old Victorian office building to five luxurious apartments. She created the concept board, completed all the technical design drawings & schedule of finishes for all rooms as well as sourcing furniture & staging the apartments.

From day one, her pricing structure has been professional, transparent, reasonable & easy to understand. Throughout the project Claire kept me updated with the costs & budget variance, which is extremely helpful with budget control.

Most importantly she was able to work with our architect and building team to ensure a smooth execution of the design concept. The end result was five stunning apartments.

What I find really value adding is that, with Claire’s professional contributions & stunning designs, we were able to sell two apartments even before the project was due to complete.I find Claire very approachable, easy to work with & responsive.

Whenever I have a question or when there are teething problems, Claire would always go the extra mile to try & get them resolved straight away.
