The Oat Shed. The original cafe style was dark and industrial in feel so the clients wanted a commercial environment with better space planning and a lighter feel. With a Scandinavian rustic aesthetic we mixed woods, with unfinished stone textures in the tiles and rattan for warmth. Banquettes in buttery leather completes the look. The boxes of oats are also uplit with warm LED lighting so that the cafe can transition from day to nighttime when they open for evening events.
